The location was perfect for us, being close to various restaurants and cafes. During the day, the area was buzzing with activity, but it was quiet and peaceful at night. Our room was spacious, well-designed, and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, including the large indoor pool that had convenient hours for early risers and night owls alike. The restaurant served delicious food from around the world, and the breakfast spread was one of the best we've experienced in Vietnam.

We had a wonderful stay in this hotel. The room was impeccable, with all the necessary amenities, including USB ports and universal plugs. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering excellent service at breakfast and maintaining cleanliness throughout the hotel. The location was also very convenient, with good restaurants and transportation options nearby. this hotel provides great value for the price.

The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a lovely faux-marble bathroom, soundproof walls, and good air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful, with just enough English to get things done. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of food and the warm Japanese toilet seat was a nice touch. The hotel is situated on the edge of a business district with good restaurants nearby.
The hotel lacked a bar where guests can relax and socialize over drinks. The restaurant on the 9th floor was in a dreary, noisy space with no view and no access to fresh air.

The hotel lacks a spa/massage which may have been a plus in an otherwise great experience.
